Hotel service bureaus can take care of most tourist needs for guests and non-guests alike. They can arrange car rentals, guided tours and excursions, as well as theater tickets and restaurant reservations. Some sell train tickets and can make airline bookings. Of course it will always be cheaper to do these things yourself but since making these arrangements is often a royal pain in the tuckus, using a service bureau can be quite convenient.
